7th	RIDING RESUMES! WELCOME BACK RIDERS!
28th	MAD HATTERS BOOK CLUB Meeting at Harmony Farms 11 AM
FEBRUARY
4th	VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION 10 AM AT THE BARN (attire:  Jeans, shorts are fine, no sandals or flip flops, closed shoes, sneakers are OK) MINIMUM AGE: 13 yrs old.  -  NO EXCEPTIONS (Please do not call and ask for an exception to the age rule.  If we break the rule for one, we must do it for all and that defeats the purpose of having rules! ) Volunteers help with barn chores (grooming horses, cleaning stalls, etc.) and help with the lessons, as leaders and side walkers.  No experience necessary, we will teach you all you need to know! 14th	VALENTINE'S DAY Don't forget your special someone today!
15th	HARMONY HORSES FOR VETERANS This will be a 6 week pilot program assisting military veterans by providing services, leadership & guidance through equine assisted activities & therapies.  Appreciating the power of the horse to change lives is our goal. Harmony Farms wants to provide positive change for these very special individuals with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) & traumatic brain injury.  Our service personnel have fought to preserve our freedom, and for many, at a very dear cost.  We must be certain that if our wounded veterans need and want this kind of help, thaey will get the best we have to offer.  To accomplish this mission, our center connects eith the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers & Clinics.  For more information, please call the barn 321-631-9433 and ask for Deborah Ferraro, or Pam Rogan.
